What are some good excersizes to lose some weight and belly fat?
i need to lose some weight soon, i already am eating better but i need some very good excersizes to help me lose belly fat. i also want to tone my back and butt. but my main priorty is losing fat. any ideas that dont include using one of those big blow up balls?
Low-level cardio is good for burning fat. Walking, biking, rowing, something that will increase your heartrate no more than 65% than your resting rate (typically 120-125 for 20-30 yr olds).
Unfortunately, the abs are the last area we lose fat from. The changes start at the extremities and work towards the core. However, do plently of upper/lower abs, obliques, and lower back exercises to focus and start toning that area.
Do regular crunches, then alternate side crunches (lie on back, knees bent, rest right calf on left thigh and bring left elbow to right knee, do the same for the other side)
For the lower abs, lie on back, hands to sides, lift both legs slightly off the ground and hold for 2-5 sec. OR lie on back, lift both legs slightly off ground and open them up to shoulder width and bring back together. repeat as above.
For lower back, lie on stomach, legs stretched out, put hands behind head and using abs, lift your shoulders off ground and do "backwards crunches".
For sides, stand with feet shoulder width apart, arms down to sides,holding weight (5-10 lbs) in one hand, bend to the side from the waist lowering weight towards your knee, use other hand to reach over head as you bend.
Some other great exercises are lunges, push-ups.
Challenging one for legs, thighs and butt: lie on floor on side one leg onto of another. Use the top leg to "spell" out the alphabet or numbers 1-25. The bigger the letters the more you will feel it.
(I’ve tried it and I can only get to letter K before the muscles burn)

A safe diet that i eat is to eat every four hours so that my body doesn’t stave itself and it knows that I am going to be regular with the food because if it thinks it won’t get any food then it will store up the food it gets and make me even more fatter even though I don’t eat much.
So eat every four hours have anything even if it is a stick of celery just pop it in but in your case you have to eat more a healthy calorie count is 2000 a day unless you exercises then it will be 2500 a day so that your body doesn’t eat it self. and your body will behavior correctly and doesn’t think that it is on a famine. If it thinks this then it will store store and store. Hence big belly. Eat Carbs during the day and eat slow releasing ones like, potato’s, whole wheat, oats, rice, bread. One large potato is a portion and a half. So watch your portion sizes because you will need to eat more to make up the difference and eat often every four hours. Good luck it works for me.

Yes, unfortunately, because they’re mostly fatty tissue. However, being sleek and toned is worth it (I think).

How can I lose 15 pounds of belly fat. After that gain mucsle mostly in my biceps and triceps. Also how long would it take? I want to lose the bell fat and gain the muscle in 2 months. Is that possible?

Generally you can lose 1-2 lbs of bodyfat per week depending on how strict you are with your exercise and diet program. So in two months you could potentially lose up to 16 lbs. Gaining of muscle is different for everyone. Just be consistent with your workouts and you will see the results. I would suggest participating in cardio exercises 4-5 times per week and make sure to work those biceps and triceps, but don’t neglect your other muscles. You still want a balanced workout! As for diet, the biggest suggestion is to eat many times throughout the day and always eat protein with every meal. This will help to maintain and build muscle.

Crunches and sit-ups only increase muscle mass in the abdominal region. In order to rid yourself of fat you must do cardio while taking in less calories at each meal. Belly fat is the most stubborn on anyone’s body so it takes some work. The best combo for burning fat is weights and cardio.
Which muscles are the easiest to build for the purpose of fat loss.?
I am a woman who is trying to lose fat (well weight, but especially fat). I’ve read that muscle burns more calories than fat, so am starting to incoporate beginner weight training into my workouts a the gym. I’m just using those machines that show you how to do the exercise. I would like to build and tone muscle, but not actually get bigger in size. I’m currently a 14 and trying to get down to a 10. Are there muscles or muscle groups that are easier to build than others? My main purpose right now is to burn excess calories. Should I concentrate on one area more than another? Due to knee complications, I cannot to traditional leg press, or leg extension. I can do a modified version of them on special machines as long as I am careful.

Your leg muscles. They are the female’s largest muscle group (includes the gluteus muscles too). Building these muscles will help burn calories (not fat) even at rest. Do take note, if you keep eating, you will be feeding your muscles and the muscles will get BIGGER, and DENSER, thus negating any weight loss in numbers, and perhaps not burning off those fatty areas.
To avoid tiredness due to lower calorie intake/ higher energy output, take a multivitamin and eat apples ( proven to keep you more alert than coffee!)
I have little shaped cake molds, but they get muffin tops on them; any way to prevent this?
I know this is just how things bake, but I have molds for cars and flowers and things, and they always end up looking funny because they have the funny muffin tops on the bottom when you flip them over. Is there any way to prevent this, or do i just have to cut it off(I don’t like to do this because it makes the shapes more crumbly).
I don’t want to put in too little batter because then you don’t get the whole shape.
