What is the Quickest effective way to lose belly fat?

I just had a baby in Nov and I really need a quick way to lose belly fat, I’m not really game on taking diet pills cause of the many side effects. Anything that will produce results.

light meals 6 times a day. very light meals if u can. the lighter the meal the faster the result. eating will keep ur metabolism up but u will lose weight. and obviously cardio excercise and situps would help too

I am working out at the gym and at home about 3-5 days for about 40- 60 minutes for the past month i’m 18 and i have lost 6 lbs already and a few inches sumwhere on my body and i know this because my pants are "looser" but how do i get rid of that belly fat ? what kind of exercises do i need to do both at home and at the gym?

I was concerned with this problem weeks ago. But I’ve found a website focused on the way to burn belly fat. I’ve learned very interesting tips to help me. I lost my belly in 6 weeks (not so bad!).

Why is it okay for women to like fat guys, but not for guys to like fat women?

A number of times, I’ve read about women talking about how cute chubby guys like Seth Rogen are (are you serious? He was really making an ass out of himself at the Oscars). More times I hear about girls saying about for example certain football players that: "he’s just a big guy and I like him".
All this while, guys like me "Chubby Chasers" – now known as Fat Admirers – cannot even find plus size women in media to enjoy. When chubby women are profiled it’s usually in weight loss related media: Biggest Loser, Celebrity Fit Club, Oprah, etc. And they get SKINNY; you can’t even pinch an inch, literally.

If a man has the right to be fat, then he should have the right to be attracted to fat, no questions asked and people should support that by giving him fat half-nude chicks on various media outlets, en masse. But no, they give us skinny chicks non-stop and sometimes question his sexuality. WHY?
To gt man:
this may be true, but also homosexuals are a minority in sexual preferences, however they get a fair share in .. everything. They have their own magazines, their own network, their own celebrities, celebrity endorsements and their own politicians even. All this, when there may be fewer gays than Fat Admirers.
Why is that, when there is even more debate regarding their preferences? Why do they get at least some of what they want when chubby chasers can’t get a thing?

The media only consider one certian female body type to be beautiful. Sadly that taste doesn’t happen to be one you share.

People question your choice of women because they are insecure about their own choices and follow the predominat trend.

There are lots of male FA and you can find a BBW if you are willing to look for them. Just like non fat people you have to work at having a relationship. The woman who is your idea of perfection is out there, just keep trying.

How can I lose belly fat and tone my stomach?

I’m 19 years old and I have this stubborn belly fat on my stomach that I have tried to lose for years. What’s the fastest way that I can lose it?

There’s only ONE WAY to lose fat – and that is to create a calorie deficit. However, there are two ways to create a calorie deficit – one is to decrease your food intake so you are eating less than you burn, the other is to increase your exercise and activity so you are burning more than you eat.

Of the two ways to create a calorie deficit, burning the fat is far superior to starving it. You see, cutting calories too much causes weight loss at first, but it also causes muscle loss and it eventually leads to a decrease in metabolism, so the weight loss stops. This is very common on conventional diets, right? You lose weight in the beginning, but then you hit a plateau that you just can’t break through. Cutting calories even more at this point only digs you even into a deeper "metabolic hole."

Eating more of the right foods (up to a certain point) actually increases your metabolic "heat" like putting wood on a fire. Food is energy; food is fuel, and it produces (metabolic) heat.

Exercise burns calories and creates a calorie deficit, but the real advantage of exercise over diet is that exercise increases your metabolism, dieting slows it down. Exercise also has major health benefits, while starvation can only create health problems.

So if you eat more (healthy foods) and exercise more, you get a double increase in metabolism. If you eat less and exercise less you get a double decrease in metabolism. That makes complete sense doesn’t it?

The IDEAL exercise program for fat loss has a combination of cardiovascular (aerobic) training and strength training. But ultimately, you’re not likely to stick with exercise long term unless you choose activities you enjoy – so pick something you enjoy, even if it doesn’t follow the guidelines of "traditional" fat loss programs. It’s better to do something than nothing, and all exercise counts.

Some people may have orthopedic problems which limit the type of exercise they can do. But nearly everyone can walk. So if you can walk, then walk. And almost everyone can do some type of strength training. Instead of focusing on what you can’t do or what you don’t like to do, direct your attention to what you CAN do and what you would like to do.

Maybe you don’t like being couped up inside all the time. Maybe you’d prefer hiking or jogging outside. Or maybe boxing or martial arts sounds cool to you. Maybe you like basketball or tennis. Maybe you’d enjoy classes, or yoga or pilates. Your options are nearly unlimited, but you have to do something or your body will begin to deteriorate.

As you increase your lean muscle mass, you’ll also get a permanent increase in your resting metabolic rate. Muscle is what drives your metabolism, keeps you young and makes you look more physically attractive. Others will notice how good you look, and you’ll feel better about yourself too. Yes, you may lose weight from diet alone, but you’re likely to end up a "skinny fat person" with a slow metabolism and very little lean body mass (not to mention, you’ll probably gain back all the fat)

Last, but not least, be careful what you say to yourself over and over because that tends to program your subconscious mind and create your self image. If you’ve been repeating to yourself for years, "I’m not big on exercise" or "I’m not an exercise person", that eventually becomes a part of your identity. You always tend to behave in alignment with your identity in order to stay "true to yourself."

Maybe when you look in the mirror after just a few weeks and see your body start to change you’ll begin to like enjoy exercise a LOT. It can get addictive, you know. The endorphins that are released when you exercise are like opiates. Ever hear of "runners HIGH?" Ever hear of an "exercise addict?" What would YOU rather be hooked on? Forget about popping pills, Your body is the most exquisite pharmacy on the planet. Exercise is a better fat burner, health creator, energy producer and anti-depressant than any man-made drug will EVER be. Exercise can be fun and FEEL GOOD too.

Human beings were meant to move. Bodies don’t lose their function by being used too much and "wearing out", they lose their function by not being used enough and "rusting out." So if the positive benefits of exercise don’t motivate you enough, then just picture yourself 10, 20 years from now and imagine what will happen to you if you DON’T start exercising today.

How can I get rid of fat around my middle, (belly fat), and lower back, love handles?

It’s driving me crazy. I’m a petite woman and it looks terrible on me. I’ll do ANYTHING. Starve myself, you name it. I just got to get this fat off of me!

First of all, DON’T STARVE YOURSELF. You’ll be thinner, but you’ll also be dead, so I wouldn’t recommend it. A better solution would be to
try a healthy, reduced calorie diet and supplement with CLA (conjugated linoleic acid). CLA "attacks" midsection fat like no other.
Try 1-2 grams broken into 2-3 doses daily. Good luck!

Getting rid of stubborn belly fat?

Ever since I was twelve I’ve had this pot belly, and no matter how much I exercise or try to eat properly, it does not go away. The only way I’ve ever lost any weight is when I limited my calorie intake, but then I just ended up gaining the weight back anyway. My midsection is about 36 inches around right now and I really hate it. Any suggestions to getting rid of it and keeping it that way?

Look, if you take in more calories than you expend daily, you will gain weight, so the real trick is to lose more calories than what you take in daily, but make sure you do so in a safe manner.

Does the bender ball help get rid of muffin tops?

i have a small waist but big hips and muffin tops :( i really want to even my porportions out

so if the bender ball doesnt really help those areas i wont get it.

Muffin tops are fat deposits. Fat is stored food/fuel/calories. You get rid of it by eating less than you need to power daily activities. Your body turns to stored fat to make up the difference. Any exercise that gets your heart rate up significantly for long periods of time will help you create a calorie deficit by burning more fuel. Why heart rate? Because burning food/fuel/calories requires oxygen. Your cardiovascular system delivers oxygen to your muscles

Higher heart rate = more oxygen = more calories burned.

HOWEVER, exercise works muscle, but has no direct effect on fat in the area exercised. Fat comes off more or less evenly from all over. You don’t get to pick which fat gets used first.

Exercise balls are a useful workout accessory to improve balance and flexibility, but aren’t strenuous enough to have any weight loss effect. The best exercises for getting rid of fat are things like running, cycling and swimming.
