In large quantities, they can also cause a laxative effect in some people. Many sugar alcohols are known by their “-ol” ending: mannitol, sorbitol, xylitol, lactitol, maltitol. Mannitol is the worst offender when it comes to gas and bloating.

4. Quit Boozing
If you are going to drink alcohol, at least drink wine and get a few antioxidants. But seriously, cut the alcohol.

How many carbs per day for weight training to lose belly fat?

I’m confused. When bodybuilding, you should have lots of carbs since building muscles require a lot of energy (more than 40 g of carbs). Muscles lose fat and has great metabolic rate than fat. However, people suggest low carb diet in order to lose fat which contradicts weight training. What’s going on? How many carbs is needed to lose fat when you do weight training?

Carbohydrates should be about 55% of your diet. Take your goals in target calories and multiply by .55

how can i get rid of belly fat?

hello, i’m 17 and i really would like to get rid of this belly. I mean, i do a lot of exercise, 30minutes bicycle every morning, and two hours working out in the gym every afternoon. I keep a tight diet always trying to eat healthy things. I am not fat due to the fact that i work out, but this belly just doesn’t seem to go away. I do a lot of ab training as well, and i can feel my toned abs underneath the fat. I am really desperate as its been one of my objectives and it just doesnt go away. I would like any kind of advice, from supplements, tablets or anythign you consider to be useful to me. Thank you.

Am I wrong for not liking fat people because they can’t take care of themselves?

Now I have done my research and sure, genes play a little role, but they aren’t going to make you obese. If you do have the fat gene, a little working out will easily solve that.

The reason I am asking is because someone I am close to recently got really upset with me for expressing my opinion on fatties.

I could never be with someone who is large and in charge. Not only does it look disgusting, but I believe it shows how people can’t take care of themselves. Am I wrong? If you are going to tell me I am wrong, then please show me one of the following: A picture of an attractive fat woman, or a picture of someone who has honestly been working out regularly for at least a year with little weight loss, and a healthy diet. However you might find this hard considering neither exist.

sure there are exceptions, and people that have legitamite medical problems that cause weight gain, but it’s more due to careless, unhealthy, over-indulgent lifestyles.
Some kids are screwed from the get-go, because their parents don’t know how to say no, and limit their intake, and feed them heatlhier foods.
You would think at some point in most of their lives they would have some kind of control and willpower to better themselves, sadly, a lot of them would rather rot away on the couch eating themselves in to a sugar and fat induced colma.

What exercise do I do to lose the weight on the back of my hips, "muffin tops" as they are known?!?

I have deposits of weight on my lower back, the back of my hips if that makes sense. It seems to be the only palce where my weight goes, and I need to lose this. But because of where it is, it is hard to work that direct part so what exercises would help burn off this fat?

i myself have never heard of "muffin tops", but rather than laugh at you, (which isnt funny at all) ill advise you to check www.bodybuilding.com and search for your target area and find the right excercises that workout your specific area….this site worked wonders for me, and im sure it will for you….good luck (cut and paste that url…and look for the excercises that target your lower back…and follow the instructions carefully so that you do not hurt yourself when attempting to do them)
