How for a 13 year-old to get rid of A LOT of belly fat?
Hi. I’m 13 and I have A LOT of belly fat that I want to get rid of ASAP. It’s kind of embarrasing how much I have compared to everyone else. I have no equipment and my school does not have a gym nor can I get access to one. Also, my mom and dad make all of my food, so dieting is kind of hard. (Trust me I have tried to convince them and they are NOT motivated). How can I loose exess belly fat (Preferablly fast) with minimal equipment? P.S. The only equipment I really have is an open field, a couch, a chair and a driveway. Thanks!
well to start, go running for about 1-2 hours, and if ur able to, do 200 cruches or sit ups every day then do som push ups, even tho its ur upper body just do it for exercise, eat a lot of protein, try having ur parents buy only tuna for u, u hav to diet otherwise u wont loose anyhting especially since u have no equpment.. thats all u have to do and do it every day for ever and after a while u will loose som

How can I trigger my body to lose belly fat and "love handles" before other parts?
I am a skinny 23-year-old guy who eats healthy and exercise. However, I never really had the V-muscle showing and my belly has always been little bit flappy. My body is so fit but it always stores fat on the sides "love handles" and belly. I even went on a 23-days fast where I didn’t eat at all and did "master cleanse" and I even lost the fat on my legs but my body still kept the stored fat around those areas. How do I trick my body to start burning the fat in this area first. I do crunches and other belly exercises without much results. It’s like, no matter how little i eat, my body is insisting on keeping some fat there for the case of starvation.
You can’t. Your body puts on flab and takes it off in its own way, so wherever you have the highest concentration of flab (for me it’s my gut) that’s the last place it comes off. Crunches and ab exercises help tone the muscles of the midsection but they burn very few calories, so they’re pretty much worthless for getting rid of love handles. If you want six-pack abs you have to get your body fat below 10%, and that takes strict diet and exercise.
P.S.: Fasting makes flab worse — when your body goes into starvation mode, your metabolism slows way down, your body greedily hangs on to every last bit of fat you have, and you start to burn muscle. Not good. Try eating smaller meals or snacks more often throughout the day. Start with breakfast within an hour of getting up, then eat a small meal or snack every three hours or so.
