How to get rid of a ”beer belly”?

Well, I say beer belly, but I’m not sure what is causing it.

I rarely drink alcohol, and even rarer do I drink beer but I seem to have a fully formed beer belly?

I am slighty underweight, always have been. Up until recently I had gone many years without exercising and drinking alot of soft drinks like Pepsi and Cola. Could this be the cause?

I do not have a fat stomach, I can breathe in and tense to the point it looks like I have a six-pack, but I know it is not normal for my stomach to be so bloated all the time.

Also, what would be the best way to get rid of it. Exercise? Sit-ups?

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

If youve been working out regularly without seeing any results, dont fret. I will tell you two exercise secrets that will lay to rest any uncertainties that you may have regarding how to get rid of stubborn fat.

The first secret is weight training. Did you know that weight training can change your body into a fat burning furnace? Weight training helps you to increase and maintain your bodys muscle tissue. The more muscle that you have on your body, the more youll burn fat, because muscle is a metabolically active tissue.

High intensity cardio is the second secret.

If you want to stay healthy, go for a leisurely walk; if you want to burn fat, up the intensity.

3) A good nights sleep.

When youre young and have a thousand things to do, sleep takes a back seat.

You should take this next bit of advice to heart if you want to learn how to lose fat.

Ensure that you get at least 8 hours of sleep every night.

Cut back on the time you spend surfing the net or playing video games; this small sacrifice is really worth it.

You will feel hungrier and tend to snack more frequently throughout the day when you dont get enough sleep.

How do you get rid of muffin tops?

I don’t have huge disgusting fat muffin tops but little ones that really piss me off. what are some fast and easy or best exercises to get rid of them?

cardio is the best thing! go running, elliptical, stair master, even a 30 minute walk.. also, cut down on what you eat, and eat more fruits and veggies. trust me, I go jogging an hour a day and eat fairly healthy, meaning I still eat "not so healthy" but dinners are always a healthy meal and snacks are always a fruit.. good luck

How can I get rid of belly fat I’ve had since I was a baby?

I am a 13 year old girl 132lb and 5′9. I have had belly fat since I was baby but otherwise have been skinny. My legs are fine and everywhere else on my body is toned but I cannot get rid of my belly fat. It bugs me a lot because I have tried a lot of things to get rid of it. I am not fat just during the summer I got some weight. During the school year though I lost it all the thing now is I have some extra skin. I look skinny if I stand up but when I sit down I get a few rolls and I just want to be really skinny.
