How to effectively lose belly fat?
I’ve been trying to loose belly fat for years now. Tried various dieting programs and can’t keep up with painful crunches, nothing is helping these days. Please give me some advice online on how to effectively lose weight in my 40’s. Thank you.

How do I get rid of my belly fat?
I’m 13, and I know you must think I’m worrying over nothing, but I am 5 feet 6 inches (165 cms) and I’m going to the beach on July 17. I have the tinniest belly fat on the center of my belly, you can’t see it from afar, but i’d like to have a completly flat belly in the next 26 days. I don’t have any other fat on my body, I’m considerably skinny.

how do i get rid of lower belly fat fast?
i have very minimal lower belly fat but it shows more because the rest of me is slim. and i have formal event that i want to look good at in less than a month, so i want to lose it quickly.
Sweetie there is no FAST way to rid yourself of abdominal fat. But there are plenty of things that you can do to shrink your mid section. I will give you several exercises that you can try.
Flutter Kicks: Lye on your back with your hands underneath your buttocks. Raise your legs about six inches off of the ground and individually raise each leg about six inches into the air. It is a four count exercise and after each fourth count is one repitition. Try to do at least 25 reps.
Of course you know about crunches and sit-ups. And the great thing about abdominal muscles is that they repair themselves very quickly so you can exercise your abs eveyday if you like!

How can i lose my belly fat in a month?
My wedding is in Aug. of this year! I need help losing belly fat, i just do not know what to do, as in the work out of my belly, and how much to do, the time limit to do it in? I now weigh 200lbs, when i tried on my dress i was 190 lbs, i am scared i won’t fit in it any more? I need your guys and women help, do you have anything for me. -First of all, NO junk food. I lost about 5 pounds when I stopped.
-Try not to eat too much meat.
-Here’s a great workout for your abs. It should help your belly.

-drink a LOT of water. It’ll help to flush unnecessary things out of your body.
-Try drinking green tea. It’s very cheap.
-No more eating out and fast food. Cook yourself.
-Eat plenty of vegetables ( not TOO many carrots because they turn your skin yellow)
-Watermelon is a really good fruit to help weight loss
-Chew food a LOT, this way your mind has more time to determine whether you are full
-On a full scale from 1-10, eat until you’re about a 6 or 7
-Jog a bit everyday or if that’s to strenuous then walk briskly every morning or night
-No soda or even that brisk ice tea, loads of sugar
-don’t consume too much salt or else it will retain your water weight
-try drinking vegetable soup before a meal, it should help to fill you up a bit
-light dinners (vegetable soup should be enough)
-sleep earlier
-consume a lot of fiber. it can be found in a lot of fruits and celery (other veggies too)
- you could always youtube other workout videos. You may gain weight from exercising because of muscles, but it means your skin will be tighter and so it should reduce your size

i have lower belly fat but no fat on my upper abs. i run and that keeps me in shape except the lower part of my stomach. how do i get rid of it by doing exercise?
Lay down on the floor bring both legs up so your body makes 90 degrees. Bring your legs down to about 2 inches on the floor and then bring them back up. Doing a few reps of those should help. Also mountain climbers.
what are excersizes can i do to lose my muffin tops and belly?
i only want to lose the muffin tops and belly flab, not my boobs. are there any ways i can do that, and for exactly how long would i have to work out for?
