how do i get rid of my belly and side fat?
im 14 and i really want to get rid of my fatty sides and tummy before summer. or at least loose some fat. i weigh 155 pounds. way more than my friends plus i do not want a fatty stomach for bikini season. so does anyone know of a good work out Plan that will help me?!?!?!
One thing that will NOT help is dieting and getting regular exercise. Avoid this at ALL costs!!!!!
I was wondering how long does it take to get rid of belly fat?
Im skinny everywhere else is just my belly that gains all the fat. What can I do to get rid of it? Do you think I can get rid of in a month or two?
Thank You
If you have a lot of belly fat you are out of shape, even if you aren’t fat everywhere else. In fact, to me the "scrawny + big belly" build is the most out of shape build in the world. Cause you should be thin. you probably have good genetics, but you’re doing everything wrong.
How long it takes to get rid of it – or even if you do – is the result of how much effort you put into it.
Check your local yahoo pages and see if there is a crossfit gym in your area. If so, go to it, and follow their nutrition guidelines. you’ll lose the fat.
If you don’t want to spend money, go to www.iwantsixpackabs.com similar stuff, really good workout advice, and if you have the self discipline to follow it, you’ll lose the fat.
How to get rid of excess belly fat?
I have been doing a specific ab exercise by a professional made for abs for about 4 months. I can feel my muscles under my layer of belly fat, and I wish it would go away! I know that I have built up muscle under there, but I can’t seem to get rid of the fat so show to muscle. What should I do to now burn the fat on my stomach? Please be specific!

I’m close to getting a six pack but how do I get rid of lower belly fat?
I get in good cardio playing competitive basketball 5 days a week.
I do decline sit ups, sometimes with weight, and various other ab exercises.
I try to eat healthy, but wouldn’t say I’m perfect in this area.
I can see the top 4 abs better than I have been able to in years..
So how do i get of the lower belly fat??
You just have to keep on losing weight. I know it sounds frustrating but it’s the only way. You can’t target fat loss in a specific area of your body. You’ll just have to keep on dieting and exercising.
I have a little belly fat that I want to get rid of. Can anyone recommend what they did to successfully remove?
their belly fat. As far as nutrition and exercise. And remember only people who have accomplished this.Thanks.
Targetted weight loss is quite tough, some peeple would say impossible, nevertheless I worked off 2 inches from my waistline by following the guidance on the site in the box below. Give it a try, their help is very down to earth!
How to get rid of lower belly fat?
I’d consider myself fairly skinny. I do sports…i just CANNNOT get rid of my lower belly fat. I’ve tried to do situps/crunches but I quit because I never see results. What else can I do?
Yes…i’m a girl.
jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise you can do it at home in front of your TV:
Attach a couple of ankle weights to your ankles.
Lay down on the floor or any other hard
surface. Use an exercise rug so as not to bruise your spine off the
floor. Put your hands behind your head, or spread them wide. Lift
your legs perpendicular to the floor, stop for a second. Lower the
legs down. Repeat ten times, stop. Turn on your stomach, raise on
your hands, with the lower part of the body on the floor, as if
trying to look at the ceiling. Turn back, do another set. Do three
sets with ten repetitions every day. In a week, you should see the
results. Once you are used to the exercise, and your muscles won’t
get stronger anymore, add weight to your ankle weights. Remember:
repeating the same easy exercise many times won’t help. Do it only
with the weights. Simple leg raises do not work. Use weights,
they do wonders. Stretch your spine between repetitions. Be careful
not to go for too heavy weight at once. Do not increase the weights
continuously, stop when your abs are defined – too heavy weights
will lead to injuries.
Online Weight Loss Programs – Weight Loss Made Easy
Losing some weight doesn’t have to be painful or time consuming. An online weight loss program may fit your needs perfectly and make this experience a delightful one!
Relatively New
Online weight loss programs are relatively new in the overall scope of diet plans. Since the proliferation of the Internet into just about every corner of the world, online diets have been tailored to include those who do not have access to the amenities of living in a populated area or schedules are so busy that they need something that can be implemented at home. You may find that an online diet is what is needed to fit into your busy schedule but you would like to know what to look for in an online weight loss program.
What’s Out There
There is a lot to choose from. You could easily be confused and become discouraged before you even start. But it is really simple if you remember you are looking for an online weight loss program to fit your individual needs. Your gender, age, overall health, and weight loss goals should all be factored into the hunt. Write these down and keep them handy. All quality diets balance eating habits with proper exercise as part of their regimes. The ratio between these two varies between plans. Most younger dieters lean towards more exercise and older dieters favor healthy eating habits. Both are needed but the ratio between the two can be customized for your own needs. Look for the plan that fits you. If you are a middle aged man looking to lose some belly fat, a “bikini abs” diet plan would not be the best choice. The reverse is true if you are a young woman, you wouldn’t be interested in a plan that focuses on getting rid of a beer belly! These are extreme examples but you get the point, right?
Why They Work
The foundation of any diet is to get you to burn more calories than you take in. This is done in various ways. Increasing your metabolism so you burn more calories daily is done by getting involved in being more active and exercising. Even low impact exercises such as walking or riding a bicycle will tone and build muscle including your heart muscle. Muscle burns fat, even when you sleep! Working the other side of the equation is eating healthy. Learning how to eat, when to eat and what to eat will help to manage your calorie intake at the proper levels and give you the energy for you daily activities. If done right you will never have to starve yourself and eating will be enjoyable. Once you gain control of your calories the fat will come off and you will tone and build muscle there by raising your metabolism and becoming a fat burning machine!
What They Won’t Do
An online weight loss program will not do the work for you. You will need to take action. You will need to implement the plan daily and stick to it. Difficult at first, yes but as you continue things will get easier and become second nature to you. Once you reach your weight loss goals you will need to make sure you don’t fall back into your old fat collecting habits. Remember that maintaining the new you will be a lot easier than having to lose the regained weight all over again!
Conclusion:
Online weight loss programs have helped thousands to gain control of their weight. The right one for you will accomplish the same. To benefit from any online plan you will need to take action and continue a maintenance plan once you successfully reach your desired weight. The tools are out there and you will succeed. The first step is the hardest, every one after that gets easier and easier.

What foods should I cut out to get rid of belly fat?
Im a vegetarian and tend to have a lot of carbs in my diet as a substitute for meat i.e. cobs, jacket potatoes, pasta etc.
Im very overweight and have started a exercuse videom, but was wondering can carbs make the fat around my stomach more permanent? What foods should i cut out to get rid of fat
you don’t need to cut out anything from your diet just switch from white to wholemeal in terms of rice and pasta. You could switch from potatoes to sweet potatoes. Cut back on sugar and reduce processed foods as much as possible.
Easy Steps to a Flatter Tummy
With the New Year just around the corner, many of us will be starting our brand new resolutions. One of the most popular of resolutions is quick weight loss, especially for those of us who have a bulging belly. Both men and women undergo intensive abdominal workout routines each and every day of hopes to see a flatter belly. However, the results are often slim to none. Numerous factors can be responsible for someone’s lack of weight loss. Everything from a poor diet to stress can have a negative effect in our waistline.
Some of the best diet pills (such as the all natural hoodia gordonii) can help you attain weight loss, but following these few simple rules can make your results even better. One of the first rules in loosing belly weight is eliminating consumption of alcohol. Alcohol is known to raise cortisol levels which are responsible for sending fat to your belly. Therefore, if you are serious about tightening those abs than you should completely eliminate alcohol from your list of beverages. Not enough fiber consumption is yet another mistake that a lot of people make. Fiber is excellent for those individuals who wish to lose weight because it prevents constipation and it keeps you feeling full longer. An adequate intake of fiber should be between 25 and 38g. Some excellent sources include whole grains, fruit, and vegetables.
The last step towards a flatter tummy is getting your heart rate up. It truly does not matter how many ab exercises you do if you don’t get rid of the fat which is hiding your abdominal muscles. And the only way to do that is with aerobic exercise. You have to get your heart rate up anywhere from 45 to 60 minutes per day, four to five days a week. Following these few simple steps can help you attain the slim waistline you have always wanted.
