I need help with methods of getting rid of belly fat?

Preferably ways that do not involve going to a gym, or running. I need a way to burn this pudgy belly. Over all I am very thin and athletic, but my belly is just starting to get a little flabby. After I get the fat gone i will work on toning it again, maybe I should be doing both at once? What are some exercises I can do for this?

Without exercise it isn’t really possible unless you consider a tummy tuck or lipo

Quick way to get rid of belly fat?

What are some exercises that can effectively get rid of belly fat fast? I do like 200 crunches a night (No exaggeration at all) and all that has done is strengthened my core but I still have unwanted belly fat. I am not obese by any means but I don’t like having "dunlap disorder." (where your belly hangs over your pant line. aka "muffin top.") What are the best exercises I could do at home to loose this belly fat and get some abs?

I go to a planet fitness and i was hoping if someone will tell me which machine will help me with getting rid of my belly fat.

first you need to get rid of the layer of fat allover your body – any cardio/weight training will burn calories and help you lose fat. there isn’t really a way to spot train fat loss, but ab machines will help strengthen your abs for when the fat does come off!

The only real way to get rid of belly fat really is just to eat less and excersize more. If you want abs at all the best way is to lose some stomach fat first and then do crunches or else your abs will be hidden under a layer of fat. It sounds like your trying to do a lot at once though. If you have been running and doing crunches already then great, do what you said, but if you are just starting to excersize more then I would start slower. If you don’t then you may be more likely to just stop or convince yourself not to run one day and that’s the beginning of the end. It’s great to do crunches while listening to music or watching TV so that you trick your brain into letting you do more. If you are thinking about something else then you tend to kinda forget a little bit about what your doing so you can go farther. For food just go for low fat, low calorie meals and snacks that stay with you. No sugary drinks. What I do is I keep a a pitcher of water with lemons in it, it tastes great and is very thirst quenching. Also don’t eat to little. That’s a mistake many people make. If you eat to little then you get hungry and are more likely to splurge. Also, only carry bigger bills. If you have $1 bills then you will be tempted to spend them on food or little snacks. And finally, when I’m out with friends I don’t like seeming like a pig so I will eat or order healthier meals to keep from looking like a slobbish pig. Good Luck :)

How do I get rid of lower belly fat?

I have done some research and heard that it goes along with fat and if you lose fat all over your body then you lose the lower belly fat too. I’m a 14 year old male at 5′5 and 125 lbs and i do a lot of sports. I hardly eat refined grains/wheat and I stick to a mostly healthy diet.

Exercises and diets that focus ONLY on getting rid of belly fat?

Okay, I have a fairly nice body but my belly is bit chubby. I don*t want to get rid of my nice rear, or my chest. Haha. And suggestions?

You can’t make your body lose weight in one specific area. It comes off where is wants to come off. If you want to lose the fat, you’ll have to deal with it coming off from everywhere.
