How can i get rid of belly fat with little effect on my breasts?
I’m 17, 5′5" and about 160 lbs. I’m also a 38DD. I’m not huge but I’m chubby (my weight is evenly distributed
) I love my breasts but hate my belly and wanna know certain tips to focus weight loss only on the problem areas. thanks a heap!

The best way to lose about 10% of your weight is to go vegetarian. Many of your favorite celebrities are quietly vegetarian or vegan. It works if you do it right and don’t satisfy your hunger with sugary things.

In two weeks my friend is having a pool party. All the people are skinny and going to be wearing cute bathing suits. I need to lose my belly fat, love handles, and etc. And i need to lose it by June 19-20. I am eating right and cutting back. Good exercises to get rid of belly fat? Teenager?
Im turning 14 in a month, and I wouldn’t say im FAT, but im getting a muffin toop. -_- . I have been running, but im not very fast. Any aroebic activities or exercises i could try? HELP PLEASE!
Hey we are the same situation. I’m 13 going 14 and I have been obessing over my weight too. I’m not overweighted or anything, but I guess I just want to get skinnier
To lose weight you should exercise EVERYDAY. No excuses. At LEAST 30 minutes, but preferably more. Since it’s summer vacation you should do at least 2-4 hours each day. ( I know its seems impossible but time flies when you sweat)
Other than exercise, EAT RIGHT. Skip the junk food. The number one weight gainer food is soda. Go diet soda and don’t eat chips, candy, etc… I encourage eating more vegetables and fruits. Don’t try starving yourself and not eating. Like me you’re only 13 and we still have alot to grow (for me my breast lol:) ) and starving ourselves is not going to work. Just try to cut down on your meals a bit and eat alot of fruits and veggies in between for snacks.
For the exercise try to do something different. What I do for is for sit-up is that I don’t do the basic sit-up. I try to burn as much calories so I lift my legs while doing sit- ups. See what I mean? Try to do more challenging things. Add more stuff into the original exercise routine. Here is a quick list on what I do
- if you have stairs jog up and down (its great exercise and its right at your house too)
- swim! swimming burns ALOT of calories and since its the summer its the right temperature and you can cool off and get a tan too! ![]()
- if you have a iPod do some routine where you run on the first song, pace on the second, and walk on the third. repeat that.
- go on your bike. biking 10 miles an hour burns about 200 calories!!!
- play some tennis!! (thats my favorite sport!) if you dont know it doesnt matter! learn! you have the whole summer to learn it.
- jump rope!!! just rope for a couple of minutes. you’ll be sweating in no time!
- go hiking! it your dad (or anyone else) is a outdoory type make him/her go hiking with you!

1, you are drinking way too much water. You can deplete your electrolytes, and really suffer it consequences. #2, you must work out and watch your diet to be built like any body builder….

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
