how to get rid of belly fat?

the only thing left i need to get rid of is my belly fat ive done a great job on slimming down and i go to the gym daily but it’ really hard to get rid of my bottom belly fat are there any foods that i should eat and to stay away and i do take protein shakes and stuff and i drink a lot of green tea and should i do more cardio core than weight lifiting

Ok i had the same problem and you should do core workouts on youtube you will find a lot of great workouts my favorite is 15 minute abs just go to youtube and type that in and do that video every day or every other day and you will see results when i started doing it i got a flat stomach within 2 weeks and i have been doing it all summer and now i have abs its great

i recently have lost some weight and gotten into good shape, but my sister and i both seem to have "genetic" belly fat. my abs are toned and strong, but throughout my life even at a size 3 and 115lbs, the frontal belly fat won’t go away. it plagues quite a few people in my family. even the "skinny people have fat rolls. i do cardio and abs every day along with other stuff included a healthy diet.. any suggestions on what to do to get rid of this????

pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

And I workout a lot and I run a lot but I just can’t get rid of that belly fat. I have like the BEST LEGS EVER!!! They’re toned and my butt’s pretty perky too! But I still have a little belly and I want to get rid of the fat! All of it! i want it COMPLETELY flat so I can see my abs!

I’m confused on why my tummy is like it is because I drink so much water. I take multi vitamins daily. I eat well. i don’t eat mcdonald’s or any fast food at ALL. NO PROCESSED foods either. But I just cannot get rid of it and it’s starting make me depressed!

I want my body at it’s best and I dont want to start obsessing over it so please help me figure out what to do.

How can i get rid of lower belly fat to show abs? [have pics]?

I’m pretty defined underneath if i do say so myself but the darn lower fat wont go away! any suggestions?[im 14, weigh 127 lbs, and am 5′5

ive been doing crunches for a lil while now,(2weeks)
i used to do them alot more but stopped a long time ago becuz of a football injury but now im fine and ready to lose that layer covering it up and start doing everything regularly again.

Nothing can do you good better than exercise and healthy eating.
Walk up hill, or jog, or use the elliptical trainer; do 30 minutes or more a few days a week. and Eat healthy; belly fat or thighs or hips comes from deep fried foods, too many sugary foods – so just moderate and dont deprive yourself from anything.
Lastly, situps or crunches – in order to target lower part of your belly, u need most exercises with leg raising. so do crunches 50-100 before you go to bed and right when u wake up!
I used to hate crunches but honestly its the best before bed and right when u get up.
Also if you’re able to lift weights, do it !!- remember you cant just lose fat from one part of your body. So by lifting weights, light weights 3 sets of 12 – ull burn more fat and build a litttle muscle – but more muscle faster fat burn and faster metabolism. And so is the case with Cardio – you speed up your metabolism up to the next 24 hours.
The best exercise to tighten those lower abs would be flutter kicks. Lay on your back, legs straight out in front of you, raise them 4-6 inches off the ground hold them for 30seconds to a minute;depending on your level do 3 to 4 sets gradually increasing the time. You can also "flutter" them; move them up and down(like walking in the air) In order to get the best results, it would be better to work all of your abs and your whole body. If you work just one part of your body that part may get somewhat stronger/more toned, but you won’t have the results you would if you worked the whole body.

general toning should help – swimming, rebounding or trampolining is good because it gets your lymph system working to eliminate stuff.

You might want to be careful about building up too much muscle tho – I knew someone who did, but somehow the muscle was BEHIND a pad of fat and so the fat just stuck out further – still trying to work out how come.

I just need a tip of how to tone my stomach & lose some fat from it first !!?

So, I’m 103 lbs. & 5 foot 1. Hm I have a belly :/ lol, I’m short I know 103 doesn’t seem like much. I just wanna know what’s an effective way to get rid of the fat so that I may start working on toning it. Thanks!

I had a belly problem too,i lost fat by doing crunches and situps everyday in the morning and going for a walk in the evening.
and ofcourse a healthy diet plan.
keep doing this for a few months.

How long will it take for me to lose my belly? Water?

I eat healthy and am pretty active. I just have a little belly fat I want to get rid of. I heard sit ups are good. How many should I do a day? And how much water are you supposed to drink a day? I drink about a gallon. Is there a such thing as drinking too much? And how does it help with weight loss? Sorry, I have so many questions…..:)

Dietary changes:
Small changes really add up. I cut cola out of my diet and it’s helped a lot.

If you don’t have time to cook healthy meals buy a slow cooker. Chop up a bunch of veggies and some meat, throw it all in with some water and you have a healthy meal…but in a slow cooker you can get the food cut up and in the cooker in the morning and have it ready for dinner.

Exercise:
I walk my son to and from school so I’m making activity a part of my life, while the walk alone won’t drastically change me overnight the concept or idea of working fitness into your daily routine and can really help. Walk instead of taking a car/bus not only does it save you money on gas/bus fair but it’s a great way to squeeze in that extra bit of exercise.

While you are studying take jumping jack breaks, not only does this incorporate exercise into your day but in increases the oxygen flow to your brain which keeps you more focused and helps you learn things easier.

When you are reading class material try doing bicep curls, before long it will be second nature and you’ll be able to focus on the reading while squeezing in that extra bit of exercise. (just use some light weight dumbbells that can be stored in your desk/out of the way). You could also use a resistance band if you prefer.

If you can wake up 20 minutes earlier try squeezing in the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels. It is an interval training dvd and everyone I know has had results from using it, best of all each session is only 20 minutes long.

Healthy supplements can increase the vitamins and anti-oxidents in your body and help your metabolism run faster.
