follow these guidelines to get rid of belly fat
- Start exercising. Getting a flat stomach involves losing belly fat. To achieve this, start a workout routine. If possible, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. If this isn’t possible, strive to exercise for at least 90 minutes a week – running, power walking, swimming or biking.
- Strengthen the core muscles. In conjunction with losing belly fat, choose workouts that exercise the core muscles. Effective workouts include dancing, pilates, crunches, and knee and leg lifts. For the best result, keep your abdominal muscles tight during core workouts.
- Improve your diet. Bad eating habits can impede weight loss efforts. Eliminate fatty foods and sugary foods from your diet. Choose lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and eat no more than 130 grams of carbs a day.
- Eliminate alcoholic beverages from your diet. Drinking more than two alcoholic beverages a day can raise cortisol levels in the body and decrease the metabolism. Cortisol increases hunger, and a slower metabolism makes it harder to burn fat and calories – especially in the abdomen.
- Drink plenty of water. Water flushes excess sodium and fluids from your body, which can help you achieve a flat stomach. Additionally, drinking water fills your stomach quicker, and you’re less likely to overeat.
- Control stress. Being stressed or feeling anxious can also release high levels of cortisol. In addition to increasing appetite, this hormone redistributes fat to the abdomen. Learn how to control or reduce stress. Practice breathing exercises, workout or get a massage.
- Reduce abdominal bloating. A low-fiber diet and certain foods can produce abdominal bloating. This prevents a flat stomach. Increase your fiber intake to fight bloating, and limit trigger foods such as beans, raw vegetables, lactose and starches. Take a digestive enzyme tablet to eliminate bloating.

How can i burn off my belly fat fast?

Ok. I have been trying to get 6 pack abs for a little while now. I have been doing really well but i cant get rid of the little layer of belly fat on my stomach. Please, what can I do to burn that fat FAST!

3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

My friend is mad at me because I said that I needed to get rid of belly fat?

I know it sounds stupid but she actually said, "Don’t talk to me, don’t text. We’re not friends anymore." I’m pretty average for my body but I’m very upset with my stomach because there’s always extra belly fat there. I told her that I wanted to get some abs because I didn’t like how the extra fat was there. She got upset at me because she does not have the same body image as me. She is kind of chunky in some areas but most certainly not fat. I really don’t know what to do now that she wont talk to me. I don’t want us to not be friends because we have a really close relationship. Help?

in highschool i had the SAME exact problem only it was with 3 girls and one girl who was my size but felt she was fat. i couldn’t even walk down the street with them without them getting mat at me and even though i’d try to get guys to talk to them, they’d get pissed at me and treat me like nothing… even a few days after highschool. what i learned is that they’re not worth it if they’re going to judge you based off what you look like. friends are suppose to be there to laugh and goof off with and make you feel like you’re not a total weirdo because they are too. having this friend MAY work out IF SHe is the one that finally realizes that her views on what a friend is is all wrong and she’s being immature and needs to change. if she doesnt want to be friends, respect that and thank somebody she’s calling it off because in the long run, crying and feeling bad about yourself JUST BECAUSE shes jealous is not worth it

How to lose belly fat & get a flat stomach?

io was on crutches for 4 months and just had a knee surgery so i cant do much cardio, i have noticed that my stomach has gotten a little bigger, people say im average but i want to get a flat stomach and get rid of my belly fat can anyone help me??

Well, if you can do some weights that would be great, but you may be limited because you are still recovering from knee surgery. Much of what you can do may happen after you get out of crutches and start working out (after your rehabilitation). I was in crutches for over 3 months. It does not take long to get back in shape especially if you were a gymnast. Our muscles have something called "tissue remembrance". They remember how they were before.

To be safe, one thing you can do is stomach vacuums. They are done by pulling your stomach in (not holding your breath) for a 20 seconds or so. Imagine you are trying to have your belly button touch your back (not possible, but just imagine). This is an effective way done by many to keep their stomachs flat.

okay i am 1 year ahead of you lol. im like you i think…i have a build of a skinny person but i have a little belly also when i flex my stomach muscles. i do squats and i also do yoga. i like yoga you should start to do it like if you have gym do it while changing it will relax the muscles b4 u get them all bunched up cuz of exersice. and riding ur bike only does the lower half of your body like ur thighs and caffs. eat smaller meals and exercise more.

How do I get rid of my belly fat?

I’m 13, and I know you must think I’m worrying over nothing, but I am 5 feet 6 inches (165 cms) and I’m going to the beach on July 17. I have the tinniest belly fat on the center of my belly, you can’t see it from afar, but i’d like to have a completly flat belly in the next 26 days. I don’t have any other fat on my body, I’m considerably skinny.

How do I get rid of fat in my lower belly reigon?

I want my lower abs to show. I workout and do ab excersices but nothing seems to be getting rid of the fat around my lower ab area.

you gotta burn the fat. run and do cardiovascular exercises. also eat healthy and not junk food to prevent fat building up there. just doing ab workouts isn’t enough. if you want abs don’t forget to work on the lower back. its very important. if you don’t have a strong lower back it will hurt once you have abs.
