i go to fitness 19 butt it didn’t seem to work what can i do at home to lose my belly fat? please help does jogging work?

follow these guidelines to get rid of belly fat
- Start exercising. Getting a flat stomach involves losing belly fat. To achieve this, start a workout routine. If possible, exercise for at least 30 minutes a day. If this isn’t possible, strive to exercise for at least 90 minutes a week – running, power walking, swimming or biking.
- Strengthen the core muscles. In conjunction with losing belly fat, choose workouts that exercise the core muscles. Effective workouts include dancing, pilates, crunches, and knee and leg lifts. For the best result, keep your abdominal muscles tight during core workouts.
- Improve your diet. Bad eating habits can impede weight loss efforts. Eliminate fatty foods and sugary foods from your diet. Choose lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, and eat no more than 130 grams of carbs a day.
- Eliminate alcoholic beverages from your diet. Drinking more than two alcoholic beverages a day can raise cortisol levels in the body and decrease the metabolism. Cortisol increases hunger, and a slower metabolism makes it harder to burn fat and calories – especially in the abdomen.
- Drink plenty of water. Water flushes excess sodium and fluids from your body, which can help you achieve a flat stomach. Additionally, drinking water fills your stomach quicker, and you’re less likely to overeat.
- Control stress. Being stressed or feeling anxious can also release high levels of cortisol. In addition to increasing appetite, this hormone redistributes fat to the abdomen. Learn how to control or reduce stress. Practice breathing exercises, workout or get a massage.
- Reduce abdominal bloating. A low-fiber diet and certain foods can produce abdominal bloating. This prevents a flat stomach. Increase your fiber intake to fight bloating, and limit trigger foods such as beans, raw vegetables, lactose and starches. Take a digestive enzyme tablet to eliminate bloating.

How do i lose belly fat?

I am now 14 and i would love to have a nice body and more importantly…a really nice stomach. Now its hard to do since its the summer and is so hot and i cant ge out and exercise. Now i was wondering if you could give me some websites to visit or some tips on how to lose belly fat. i cant take it any more its annoying and frustrating and everytime i look around i see all these girls with smaller bodies than me and it makes me feel insecure sometimes. I even looked at my face and saw i was pickibg up wait. And the worst part out of all this is that some girl told me i was gaining weight again. I just wanted to go to my room and cry. Im 135 now but i want to get back to 122 (2 more lbs and i would have been considered underweight because of my height (5′7-5′8) ). So please i really want to and i cant stand anymore. And it would also be nice if you told me how to lose weight period…i just want to see results…THANK YOU TO ALL THOSE WHO GIVE ME AN ANSWER! Im sure Jehovah will be proud for you helping one of his people! :)

try the special k diet eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water if you cant get out side everyday at least do some stretches. (i don’t know if the Special k diet really works)

how to lose belly fat fast?

don’t tell me it’s not safe (no offense) but i’m sick of hearing that. i need to know how to lose the two huge lumps of flab i have on my belly, and i need to lose it FAST. i’m exercising, eating healthy and drinking a lot of water. i need to know what i’m missing and how i can get rid of my rolls. i want my stomach to be flat asap, so can anyone please help me? thanks!

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
weight, lower for overweight).
2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

how can i lose belly fat quick?

im 13 and im a little chunky and i want to slim down for the school year

I lost 40 pounds in 5 months
here some tips, this is what i do :) :
-make suure you eat a healthy full breakfast will a lot of fiber i recommend( multigrain cheerios mixed with bran flakes)
-Eat smaller portions but more frequently throughout the day for example instead of three large meals eat 6 smaller ones ( this will speed up your metabolism by a lot)
-for snacks eat fruits, vegies and almonds ( not too many almonds) almonds can help you loose weight but too many can do the opposite.
-walk for 30 min a day then do some type of cardiovascular for 30 min
-drink TUNS of water
-drink TUNS of green tea
-don’t drink juice anymore, (a glass of juice is like a full meal)
- do NOT starve yourself, this will lead to overeating and trust me it will. plus if your body is unhealthy than it cannot loose weight properly
-instead of sliced bread eat 100% whole wheat pita pockets ( i like to add some turkey slices, tomatoes , hot peppers lettuce ext.. and grill it all together ) i eat half a pita pocket per meal

These worked for me and i lost 40 pounds

Fastest way to lose fat on thigh and belly?

I know there’s no such thing as losing fat fast and that I have to be patient and exercise etc.
But what exercises should I really focus on to lose thigh fat and belly fat? If you have a workout plan, I would appreciate it if you tell me..And how many weeks until I see results?

AND I do eat healthy!

Best way to lose fat, is…

To be honest and true, there is only one way to lose body fat. And that is lose it over your ENTIRE body. You cannot "spot" treat any problem areas. Huge misconception.

Here’s how I would build a good workout program for you:

1. Do resitance training. Yes, lift weights.

2. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

I would lift 3-4 times a week. Each workout you train with weights here is a good layout to keep in mind:

Upper Body:

Push (horizontal) Movement
Pull (horizontal) Movement
Push (vertical) Movement
Pull (vertical) Movement

Lower Body:
Quad Dominant (2 exercises)
Hip Dominant (2 exercises)

From here i’ll explain more in detail. You should perform supersets. A superset is simply doing one exercise and IMMEDIATELY going into another one, taking a rest, then repeating. I would pair a upper body and lower body exercise for your supersets. For example:

A1: Bench Press
A2: Squats
B1: DB Row
B2: Deadlifts

As you can see you would do A1 and A2, take a rest, then repeat multiple times. Then continue on to B1 and B2. As you can see I have paired a lower AND upper body in each superset. This will effectively burn fat much faster and is much of a more compound movement, allowing your ENTIRE body to work.

From here I will suggest interval training. Interval training can be customized to the way you want to do it. Here is how I do it:

2min jog, 1min full-sprint = 1 round

Repeat for 3-4 rounds. Do this on the days between lifting weights and you will be losing easily anywhere from 2-4lbs a week.

The best way to see results is to try and not look at your naked body in front of the mirror. If you can’t refuse to do this, take a picture from your "start" date and take one each week from then. You will constantly see changes in the pictures. Between 12-16 weeks, you should be able to see some great definition, if not, abs…
