I’m 5′7 and weigh 145 lbs. I’m a lil chubby and most of that weight is on my hips resulting in "muffin tops". I have heard of this solution, but am not quite convinced it will work. I’ve read that wearing shapewear constantly will cause your hips to permanently reduce in size. Has anyone heard of this or done it?

* Shapewear is tight underwear that helps you appear thinner by smoothing out your extra bulges

my friend has recently had to deal with this problem. i’ve never heard this solution before! honestly instead of squeezing yourself thin just try an easy to follow diet and some fun exercises. plus a the end of the day when you take it off, you probably won’t feel to good about yourself.

I’m looking for little baskets that I can fill with muffins and give as gifts, where can I find these? Any tips on how to create a muffin basket? Such as what kind of material to wrap them in, if I should cover them, add a bow to the basket, etc.

And if any one has a recipe/trick to make XL muffin tops, please let me in on it

I’ve been using/buying baskets for all types of things, and Ive found Michael’s craft store to have loads of varieties of them. The often have them for 40% off, or you can Google "Michael’s printable coupon" and they usually put a new one out each week to use in store! Hope you have a Michael’s near you!
