Coach Jazz – Actual 45 EDT Workout for Women at Eclipse 24/7 Fitness Center

This video features Coach Jazz as she performs a “comeback” workout after a 5 week layoff. The video features the proper form, breathing, and execution of the power snatch from the hang, the squat, and the push jerk. This video is an example of the staple strength training aka Escalating Density Training or EDT workout for women for fat loss, toning, and overall weightloss. She is not bouncing …
She is not bouncing. If she was bottoming out, then she would be bouncing. Instead her stomach touches her quads at the bottom position. Secondly, her knees are not locking. Even if they were locking, there is no evidence that this is bad for your knees, even though I don’t recommend it. Finally, shoes cause instability and are one of the most common reasons for injury in fitness at a 50% injury rate per year. If you must wear shoes, they should be flat with hard soles. You’ve been misled

    You should not be …
You should not be bouncing and putting pressure on your knees and back like that especially when weight lifting your, knees should never lock up when you are in an upward position they should be slightly bent. Even worse no shoes. This is like one of the DO NOT Do when working out tutorial.
