    Hm! I never thought about that foot thing! I like to do my exercises at home though, so when I first tried it I was kind of balancing on my big toes. It works, but what do you think? Is there a better way to do them at home without shoes on?

    Also, it’s not a big problem or anything if I have to put on some sneakers. I’m just wondering though :)

    Also, thanks for the detailed explanation! I noticed that my technique was lacking a little, but now I’m doing better!
