How can i get rid of belly fat with little effect on my breasts?
I’m 17, 5′5" and about 160 lbs. I’m also a 38DD. I’m not huge but I’m chubby (my weight is evenly distributed
) I love my breasts but hate my belly and wanna know certain tips to focus weight loss only on the problem areas. thanks a heap!
i’m already a vegetarian. and i was looking more for exercises.
I’m sorry to be the one who has to tell you, but it doesn’t work that way. You can’t spot reduce.
But the good news is, your breasts will look proportionately bigger when your body is thinner.
The best way to lose about 10% of your weight is to go vegetarian. Many of your favorite celebrities are quietly vegetarian or vegan. It works if you do it right and don’t satisfy your hunger with sugary things.
Together with the vegetarian diet, some form of cardio exercise, combined with lifting light weights every other day will help you rev up your metabolism, causing permanent weight loss(if you stick with it).
Cut out meats, milk products, and refined carbohydrates(white flour, sugars, especially high fructose corn syrup) and eat lots of whole grains, beans, veggies, fruit, nuts, and berries.

You can’t focus weight loss on a certain area. When you lose weight, it comes off wherever your body wants it to. It could possibly be your stomach, but most likely will be all around weight loss.
To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you consume. Reduce your caloric intake, and increase your exercise. 3500 calories equals one pound. Cutting back 500 calories a day will result in a 1 pound weight loss a week. Add in cardio burning 500 calories a day, that totals to 2 pounds a week.
When it comes to dieting, slow and steady wins the race. The quicker you lose weight, the more likely you are to gain it all back, and then some.

You can’t spot reduce weight. If you lose weight its going to be overall but everyone has a spot where they accumulate fat the most so you will tend to lose and gain their first

There is no way to do focus on problem areas. Rather it’s weight loss or weight gain, it happens all over the body, not just in certain areas. That’s a stupid myth. The best way to lose the belly fat would be to do some cardio! Intense cardio that leaves you sweating and out of breath! 45 minutes 5 days a week will do the trick. Only with a healthy diet and plenty of water and rest, of course. You’re not that chubby, 15 pounds will probably do the trick. And you’ll see very little, if any, change to your breasts. Probably not even a cup size.
I hope this answers your question.
