Drinking soda pop is the number one way to gain body fat, so if you drink pop, maybe you should stop. Try doing a lot of crunches, knee ups, and sit ups. Those will help you. also, aviod chocolate whenever possible. hope i helped!

Alrighty. First, you needa start off by starting a healthy balanced diet. this means eating healthy. salad everyday. dont eat potatoes or bread ( only wheat one.) avoid banana’s. Eat greens.DRINK LOTSS OF WATER! avoid sweeets and fatty foods. ALso with eating healthy comes constant exercise. Try curl ups, running, jumping jacks, biking. sign upp forr sportss. Im dealing with the same problem (: Keep constant exercise. Dont let yourself be a couch potato. Take steps instead of elevators. and keep this up for a few weeks and you will see results. Ohh also. if your not into eating those greens that much then make yourself each morning instead of cereal or sandwiches, a shake. Add greens and fruit to it and it will be delicious and healthy!

Well, you can’t burn fat off a specific body part. When you exercise and eat right, it burns off on your body as a whole proportionally. The best way to lose fat is not only to et right, but exercise because it builds muscle, and building muscle requires A LOT of calories which it burns the fat for and replaces with muscle.

ok what you need to do is alot of abdomial exercises, cardio everyday( about 20-30 mins) and a good diet. Avoid soda, salt , foods that are high in fat, sugar, and carbs. intake 20 to 30 grams of protein each meal so so can get more defined ab muscles. google some good abdomial workout routines and switch them to something else two weeks. do abs 3 times a week.
