hey…so im 15 and im only 90lbs but i have like not really "fat" but more like "flub" or something around my stomach. i just want a way of pretty much making my stomach flat without loosing weight (or a way to counter the weight loss). thanks!!!

Sit ups are good for the tummy area. But be realistic, only models have super flat tummies. If you had no fat there, you would be unhealthy. When you’re a teenager your thighs, hips and tummies all get more fat on them as your body is developing for childbirth.
