How to get rid of the belly fat?
I’ve been going to the gym for 4 months, everything is showing progress, i want to get a 6 pack but i can only see a "4 pack" because i have some fat in my lower belly and cant get rid of it. Any tips? (i go to basketball trainings tuesdays, thursdays and saturdays. I go to the gym mondays and wednesdays, so i dont think the lack of excersice is the problem) PLEASE HELP ME!!! Not only a normal answer, i need details please!!!!
Run everyday, eat healthy, and work your core.
Running is key to loosing weight and staying healthy. It’s good for you. So run about an hour a day at least 3 times a week. You’ll see improvements but don’t expect to see a six pack in a week.
Working your core is important to do if you want a 6 pack. Try to do core at least 3 times a week if you can or more.

First quit going to the gym. Nothing good ever happens there.
Get a girlfriend and start having lots of sex.
Nothing textures and tones the abs like marathon sexy time.
that will get rid of your lower belly fat. pace yourself and make sure the girl is a nympho.

I could have asked the same question. I go to the gym 3 times each week and do at least 200 stomach crunches each time. My abdominal muscles are steel belts, but I still have belly fat. So if exercise and burning calories still doesn’t work, I guess the only answer is to reduce the calorie input. Change your diet! Running obviously would change things, but that’s not for everyone.
