		<description>I could have asked the same question. I go to the gym 3 times each week and do at least 200 stomach crunches each time. My abdominal muscles are steel belts, but I still have belly fat. So if exercise and burning calories still doesn&#039;t work, I guess the only answer is to reduce the calorie input. Change your diet! Running obviously would change things, but that&#039;s not for everyone.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
