How do you lose weight quickly and how do you get rid of belly fat? Belly fat can be stubborn! Any tips?

How about changing your diet.

1. No soda
2. No caffiene
3. No Diet Soda or Sugar Free stuff.. ( your body gets all confused)
4. Eat a good breakfast, lil snack, lunch, light dinner
5. No heavy meals past 6PM you don’t want a lot of food in your belly when you’re sleeping.
6. No TV Get outside and PLAY

    Losing weight is not rocket science. Have you ever watched the biggest loser?
    If you want to lose weight it will mean that you need to stop eating and DRINKING the
    things that you should not. Do you drink soda? Then STOP! Do you eat a lot of chips,
    cookies and crackers? Then STOP! Do not start drinking diet soda either, that stuff is linked to
    cancer, or well a ingredient in it is.

    We will refer to a simple law of nature for easy weight loss. The formula is easy to understand and helpful in gaining insight into what weight is all about and how we gain or loose weight.

    The law states that if we gain more and lose less we will accumulate what we gain. On the other hand if we gain less and loose more we will dissipate whatever we have. If what we gain is equal to what we loose we remain steady.

    The same implies to our body weight. Weight management depends upon the energy balance equation; the amount of energy you put into your body (food calories) versus the amount of energy you expend (activity). If we gain more by more energy intake and dissipate less energy we are bound to gain weight and store this excess amount of gain in the form of fat in our body and vise versa.

    So the simple law to weigh loss is " to dissipate or loose more energy you put into your body (food calories) than what we gain".

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.
