What exercises truely work for getting rid of lower belly fat? And what about any for building the lower body?
I’ve always had a gut but my height and weight are proportional. If anything, I’m undeweight. I am also looking to trim my torso. Also, if you guys have any exercises to thicken my lower body, that’d be great.

I was concerned with this problem weeks ago. But I’ve found a website focused on the way to burn belly fat. I’ve learned very interesting tips to help me. I lost my belly in 6 weeks (not so bad!).
I used to use classical sit ups and crunches for years, but gave up very often : no real results and so tiring!
Until I discovered with this guy, that the more efficient exercises are not the ones everybody habitually use.
Additionally, the author is a nutrition expert and very concerned with dietary. Ok, the website I talk about sells a method, but even if you don’t want to buy something, there are very great tricks about fat burning along the pages.

The lower body and lower abs are generally the biggest problems for use women.
I use to be fat, and have a fat belly and it wasn’t until I changed my diet was when I got better results.
