Do sit ups and crunches everyday.

50 in the morning, 50 in the afternoon, and 100 at night.
    Thats what I do.

What i do is cut WAY down on the carbs and white breads,
    - eat lots of yogurt and fruit.
-usuallly eating little portions throughout the day is better then eating three big meals.
-cut down the portion sizes of whatever your eating.
    -eat slower to help digestion.
    -DRINK LOTS OF WATER.

And mostly, work your abs ! you cant get abs unless you work hard for them.. Do basic moves like the bicycle, plank, crunches, and sit-ups. To get rid of the belly fat you just have to work it off by doing exercising like walking long distances at a fast paced speed, jogging/running, biking, or swimming.
In the end it all depends on how much you eat, and how hard you work.

I also read in a researched article that if you are on the pill for birth control.. your muscles wont tone as much as ppl who are not on the pill. So therefore, if you are on the pill, you would have to work harder in getting tight, toned abs.
Sorry if i got personal there… but i was just saying.

Good luck i hope my advice helped.

One exercise that targets the stubborn stomach area is called The Bicycle.

To do The Bicycle, simply lay on the floor pressing your lower back to the ground. Your hands are beside your head. Bring your knees to an approximate 45-degree angle and slowly go through the motion of pedaling a bicycle. Your left elbow will touch your right knee and then your right elbow will touch your left knee…more tips here:

There’s no shortcut to get a abs faster. You only need discipline, exercise regularly running and swimming is a good exercise. Discipline yourself of what you eat. Eat only healthy foods like fruits and vegetables. Try to do this in a month and you well see the result.

There is no fast easy way, but jumping rope will help you get the best results in the least amount of time.

Try jumping rope for 20 minutes every day. You will have to start out slow in the beginning, but you will eventually work your way up to it and it will be easy.

There’s two parts to this (as there is to just about any fat loss):
    - diet
    - exercise

You can’t "target" weight loss to a specific area of your body. When you diet and exercise, you are training your entire body.

Here’s the diet side: The goal is to burn more calories than you take in during the day. But it goes beyond just burning calories. You must take in the proper amounts of foods (which includes some "good fats"). If you already have a healthy diet then you may want to try eating less food per sitting and eating more times per day. This should help your metabolism speed up, thus burning more calories.

Now the exercise side: As I mentioned, you can’t target a section of your body to lose fat. If you wanted to build muscle, you would then target those areas. Since that’s not your goal, just keep up with a moderate amount of cardio (treadmill, running, biking, etc.). Don’t get your heart rate too high, you’ll move out of the "fat burning zone" into the "cardio building zone". Make sure you do this at least 3 to 5 times per week for an hour each.

You should start to see the fat drop and your belly will get flatter. Good luck.

I found this great website that helped me out. It’s got some great resources for helping you to get a flat stomach. Go to http://getflatabsnow.dangirenterprises.com.
