how can i lose belly fat in 1 week?

i love my boobs, my booty, but i have my belly fat!!!
i have a flat stomach but it just contains too much belly fat at the bottom. and every time i drink something, my stomach bloats up.. soooo please help me lose this nasty ass belly fat in 1 week, before school starts, so i can look sexier!!

You can not spot reduce fat. When you lose fat it comes from all parts of your body. So yes, that means boobs and booty too.

    well you cant control where you lose weight

    and u wont make any significant weight loss in only a week, all u can hope for is a pound or 2

    you should have started to lose weight as soon as school ended, not a week before it starts. Now its too late. Sorry, procrastination sucks, eh?

    but just lower ur cals by atleast 500 a day, and do lots of cardio

    Ther is no "quick fix" to dieting and changing your body– but there are some things you can do to improve your shape ovber time. I can’t guarentee they will make you belly fat disappear in a week– but over time, they will help.

    You can’t reduce fat in just one area– so sorry to say, if you want to lose weight, you will lose some everywhere. But if you focus your energy on your abdomen then that will help to tone that area in particular.

    Diet is the key to losing fat. So cut out ALL junk foods and sugars. This is the most important step– because if you don’t cut out the source of the fat, then no matter how much exercise you do, you will never get rid of it.

    Next, exercise 3x per week. focus on cardio, to burn calories, and ab toning tecniques to help shape your stomach area. Crunches, squats, and sit ups are all good choices. for cardio, running, swimming,and jumping rope are great ways to keep your heart rate up.

    None of this iwll make it go away over night– but over time, you’ll start to see a good improvement. Hope that helps and good luck.

    As you have read, you can’t reduce fat in any one area except for going under the knife (YUCK!) like some of the celebrities do. but, you can reduce your calorie intake by 500 per day and that should allow you to loose 1 pound in 7 days (3500 calories). you have to be careful, because some of that one pound could be muscle.

    But, there is one thing you may want to check up on, which is yogurt, there are published reports that says that people who go on diets who eat yogurt tend to loose more weight in the midsection for some reason. So, you may want to check that out but for the most part, you can’t spot reduce fat.

    Get your diet in order, and start losing fat gradually, that is, if you want lasting results.

    Decrease your calories, do more cardio, and actually commit to seeing results.
