What can I do to get rid of "muffin tops"?
I am pretty small, about 115 pounds, but I have muffin tops. What kind of exercise can I do to get rid of them fast in time for bikini season?
Work on your upper area. But also, don’t try to squeeze yourself into smaller size clothes. If your top is one size, and the bottom is another–buy separates. No one person is perfect. Magazines are airbrushed, and people on the beach are blessed and work out 24/7! I would work on toning, and get the next size up so you aren’t squeezed in–and possibly go for a different brand–you’ll be amazed at the different shapes they have!

STOP WEARING TIGHT JEANS!!! wear baggy jeans or sweats. exorcise a lot such as torso twists.

lol, just go run and do ab workouts. Make sure and work your obliques (side of the core or stomach) by doing side crunches, holding a weight in one hand and bending to that side works effectively as well. But you mostly just need to get rid of the fat by doing regular cardio exercise.

dont fall into diets
diets just make you fat while eating one kind of food
but dont let something like a muffin top get in the way of having fun
dont get caught up in your looks
then your personality will become an ugly part of you that cant be fixed

my friend taught me an exercise that is really easy. worked for her in like two weeks. Have to do it every day though.
Stand with your feet spread even with your shoulders. Reach up and lean to the left. bounce slightly and easily ten times then swith to the right. Do this ten times each side each day slowly moving up a few numbers every so often.

Pilates. Do the stomach ones, its hard work keeping both legs in the air and rotating them while you keep your back straight, but your stomach muscles work really hard and it goes flat afterwards. (if you work hard enough) You also have to jog (or cardio) to get rid of the fat and will make it look even flatter.

-drinking plenty of water (im on a water strike now)
-cutting out the salty foods and not added any salt.
-not eating breaded food as much, i usually just have a bowl of ramen or one sandwich if i want.
-eating yogurt all the time.
-also eating fruits all day long.
-and most importantly exercising.
